Air Receiver

Air Receiver Tanks are an essential part of almost every compressed air system. Air receivers are used to store the compressed air and maintain the air pressure as per the applications of plant / process areas.

We provide a comprehensive range of Air Receiver Storage Tanks upto 10,000 Litres Capacity in 12.5kg/sq.cm working pressure. All Compressed air tanks are stage wise inspected as per relevant code requirement and are provided with all necessary fittings and accessories.

The vertical air receiver tank is used in the application where a large volume of air is needed. We design the Air Receivers by making use of superior quality raw-material with features like mounting safety and control devices. These Air Receivers can be manually or automatically drained with the use of auto drain valves.

Vacuum Receiver

We understand the need of the customers and accordingly design them vacuum receiver with many openings for vacuum gauges or auxiliary lines. We offer them in different grades and specifications and can be customized as per the preferences. We manufacture Vaccum Receivers for packaging plant, general vacuum storage, medical and hospital, general industry process plant and scientific labs, Food processing etc. With the efforts of our professionals, we are able to manufacture superior quality Vacuum Receivers. We provide Vacuum receiver with Minimum capacity of 50 litres.

We fabricate Vacuum receiver as per the customer specification and we provide a third party inspection certification of the receivers like Radiography and other tests as per customer requirements.

After Cooler

The compressed air delivered from the air compressor is at very high temperature and contains a large amount of moisture in vapor form. The aftercoolers are used to reduce the temperature of compressed air before delivering it to the air dryer. An after cooler is essential to ensure the proper functionality of air handling devices or pneumatic devices. They use either air or water and are an effective means of removing moisture from compressed air. Aftercoolers combined with a separator are an excellent way to reduce moisture in a compressed air system.
